RETURNS POLICY
All products must be returned in the original packaging with labels, free gifts, and documentation. Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. In the interest of hygiene,swimwear should be tried on over your underwear. We will refuse return of items when hygiene measures have not been followed. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be credited and the customer will be responsible for additional charges.
FULL PRICE ITEMS
We offer a money back guarantee on all full price purchases made on our website when returned in perfect condition with a receipt within 30 days of ordering.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can be returned for an exchange only if the items were delivered to the UAE. Refunds do not apply on sale items. Sale items delivered outside the UAE are final and cannot be returned.
REFUND/ EXCHANGE PROCESS
• Once your items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item/s.
• Refunds will be processed, and credit will immediately be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 calendar days.
• If you wish to exchange the item, the new item will then be dispatched.
• If you have incurred any international shipping charges these will not be refunded.
Please allow time for refunds as banks can cause delays. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted, please check your account and credit card company if there is excessive delays. If you have any concerns, all contact details are below.

• Please contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will arrange collection for UAE orders.
• Collections will be made by Quiqup or our company drivers.
• Please ensure you have read the returns policy to ensure the package will be valid for a refund or exchange.
Return outside UAE
• With your shipment you will receive DHL return documents.
• To ensure your return is covered by our free returns policy, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.
Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
• Please ensure you have read the returns policy to ensure the items will be valid for a refund or exchange.
• Place the items you want to return into the bag provided to you by DHL.
• Book your complimentary collection with DHL and your free docket.
• You can manage your return with other transport companies but we will not accept liability.
